This is the point where companies usually go on about how great they are and why everyone else is totally useless, and man, you would have to be totally crazy to even think about not using us, and of course that’s all true. Ha! Ok just kidding, the fact is there are many good companies in the satellite communications business, so why choose us? Here are 10 great reasons:

1. You want the truth, you can’t handle the truth!

2. No sleep till Brooklyn

We never close so you never have to worry about reaching us, call anytime you like and we will be here. We don’t have voice-mail or ridiculous phone menus, so we are never ‘experiencing unusually high call volume’! Don’t believe it, try us out and call us on Sunday or at 3AM if you must.

3. It’s all part of the service Mam

We focus on you and what you need and we get it right and on the rare occasion we don’t then we fix it, fast! . Providing the best service is what we do, and the truth is that good service costs money, so we are not always the cheapest, but you can count on us for whatever you need, whenever you need it. Yes we do make mistakes, but we fix em, and fast, that’s the difference.

4. You need that when?

It doesn’t matter to us, if it is necessary and physically possible we will get you your equipment the same day you call. We use airlines, charter flights, hot shot drivers, no matter what it takes.

5. The same old faces

We have had the same sales people working with and for us since the beginning, and that gives you consistency, and it gives us the ability to know and anticipate your needs in a very personal manner, again improving your experience with us.

6. Greed is not always good

We are here to make a profit, that’s a given and this is still the good old US of A, but money ain’t everything so if you have a minute check out some of the Charitable Organizations we support.

7. There’s no reason this can’t be fun

Life can be dull sometimes, so we try and add a sense of humor to our business. Sometimes we offend people, but mostly we get a laugh. We are not comedians but we try, and yes we often fail too, so please don’t hold it against us so we don’t have to hurt you.

No not you, us! After some sketchy investments including Lehman Brothers & Nevada real estate our 401Ks have turned into 201Ks, so have a heart, you wouldn’t want us to starve would ya?

We have been doing this for over 5 years, we have dealt with Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Floods, Wars, you name it we have supplied satellite communications equipment for it, we know what we’re doing.
